Wines we currently have on offer are:

Chardonnay 2008

Hand picked from 12 year old vines and basket pressed.  Fermented in new and older French oak barrels.  Bottled after 9 months.  Displays abundant peach, nectarine and citrus characters.  Will develop over the next 4-5 years.

Highly regarded by Oz Clarke (UK Wine expert) at the Wine Flight Reunion held at Yering Station in early 2010.

Alcohol 12.9%

Pinot Noir 2008

Hand picked from 12 year old vines.  Yield restricted to 2 tonne per acre.  Matured in French oak barrels for 20 months.  Cherries and strawberries are evident on the bouquet and palate.  There is some fruit sweetness and soft tannins.  You can drink this wine now or over the next 4-5 years.

Alcohol 13.8%

Shiraz 2006 (Heathcote)

Grapes sourced from Heathcote area fermented in open vat then matured in new and one year old French oak barrels for 18 months.  Blackberry and spice aromas leading to long velvety palate, will age gracefully.

Alcohol 15.5%

Shiraz 2008 (Heathcote)

Biodynamically grown Heathcote grapes.  allowed to undergo wild fermentation for natural expression of grape flavours.  Matured in French oak barrels.  Shows red fruits on bouquet and raspberry and blackberry flavour on a long palate.
